Technical Support Options
Technical Support for VSM installation or
software problems is provided free of charge for the first 30 days
after purchase. Please either
email or call us at
the numbers listed below. All requests for technical support for
issues other than software installation should first be made by
sending an email that describes the problem, the type of computer and
operating system the software is running on, and what types of actions
have already been attempted to solve the problem. We do our best
to respond to technical support requests within 2 business days of
receiving emails. Upon our review of the request, we will either
provide a potential solution to your problem, or request that you
select a paid technical support option to proceed as described below.
Paid technical support is purchased as
technical support incidents or
consulting services, A technical support incident is billed at
$39.99, and covers a specific problem. Support will only be provided
for that problem under any one incident charge. Consulting
services are billed at $100 per hour, and will cover any aspect of
using or applying VSM to a project, and can be used in 15 minute
increments. Support for issues that are due to a problem with
our software is always provided free of charge.

presented before.
